Dear St. Paul’s Lower School Parents:

Thank you for the opportunity to provide lunches to students in the Lower School this year.  Online ordering makes the ordering process easier, more cost effective and provides you with a copy of your order.  This session begins Monday, January 19, 2009 and end on Friday, February 13, 2009. 

All orders for this lunch cycle must be received on our web site by Tuesday, January 13, 2009.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after successfully completing your order.  Remeber to click "Finish" after confriming everything is correct.  If you do not receive the confirmaion please reproccess the order reproccess the order, if you have any questions call Kate, Tom, or Meredith at 410-308-2100. 

You will have the opportunity to select one of 6 daily entrées that will be served during the designated lunch cycle.  For example, the choice you choose on Monday will be served on each Monday of the order cycle.  You may choose an entrée for any week day; however you must select a minimum of two days per week.  A discount of $0.25 per lunch will be applied to students that purchase lunch every day.

Each menu choice will be accompanied with a healthy snack, for example, apple slices, carrots & dip, grapes, etc…  Dessert may include homemade cupcakes, cookies, brownies, pudding, etc...  Beverage choices include a spring water or juice box.  Milk will be available exclusively through the St. Paul’s Milk Program.  To sign up for the milk program contact the St. Paul’s Business Office.

In support of the St. Paul’s SP Green initiative, our lunches are shipped in recyclable packaging.  We also reduce waste by minimizing the amount of packaging necessary to safely transport the foods to your child.

St. Paul’s Lower School Instructions:

When ordering you will need to provide the following information:

  • Lunch Cycle Dates
  • Homeroom Teacher
  • Daily Entrée Selection
    • Choose an entrée or Opt Out if you do not want lunch
  • You must choose a minimum of two Entrées per week
  • A separate transaction is required for each student in the lunch program
  • Payment by major credit card is available at the end of the transaction

Notes:

  • Each child should be a seperate transaction.               
  • Entrée choices for a particular day will be served on that day for the length of the lunch cycle
  • The web site will not charge for lunches on scheduled school closures, early dismissals & field trips
